Will Rauch was appointed Chief Data Officer of the New York State Office of Information Technology Services (NYS ITS) in August 2024, and brings two decades of leadership experience to the role. Prior to joining NYS ITS, Will worked as a senior advisor to help establish bureaus within the Office of Health Insurance Program’s IP Division of Data Services. He has also held multiple directorships of analytics and IT teams within the private healthcare sector, empowering organizations to leverage data to advance their operational mission.

Will serves on the board of directors for the Health Analytics Collaborative, is on the industry advisory council for the Industrial and Systems Engineering program at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and is a veteran of the US Army.
