Olivia is an executive in the life sciences and data industry. Currently she is the VP and General Manager at McKesson Compile. Compile is a company that licenses data to pharmaceutical companies and was acquired by McKesson in Jan 2024. During her time at Compile, the company experienced major growth, nearly doubling in size each fiscal year. The majority of her career has been spent in the life sciences, starting in pharmaceutical consulting at ZS Associates and Insights and Analytics at AstraZeneca.

From 2018 to 2022, she left the life sciences industry to found an innovative cold brew coffee company (think: Nespresso but for cold brew). After hardware prototyping in COVID, a pivot to CPG and many, many, many cups of cold brew, Olivia closed the business in 2022.

Olivia earned a BS in Industrial Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA at Harvard Business School.
