Colleen Cunningham is a human resources and talent leader for Raytheon Technologies (RTX). Colleen is passionate about fostering high-performing teams and driving strategic talent development within the aerospace industry.

Colleen has over 19 years of professional experience, primarily in the Aerospace and Defense industry. Prior to the Raytheon Company and United Technologies (UTC) Merger in April 2020, Colleen lead Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Learning Operations for UTC. Prior to joining the Human Resources function, Colleen held various roles of increasing responsibility in the Operations function at UTC, including Chief of Staff to the Senior Vice President of Operations at UTC, Global Commodity Manager at Carrier Corporation, and New Product Development Process Manager at Carrier Corporation. Colleen started her career as an associate of the UTC Operations Leadership program. 

Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
