Aaron Luke

Aaron Luke serves as the Engineering Director of Undersea Warfare for Lockheed Martin. In this capacity he and his team of over 800 engineers are responsible for the capture and execution of engineering and technology efforts across a diverse set of sensors and digital integration products on platforms such as submarines, surface ships, unmanned undersea vehicles, and torpedoes. Prior to this role Aaron served within the Spectrum Convergence areas of the business as the Chief Engineer for Cyber and Electronic Warfare (CEW) and as the Integrated Engineering Director. Mr. Luke has held various engineering and leadership positions in Lockheed Martin over the past 25 years to include leading multiple site engineering discipline organizations as well as initiating and leading a key Lockheed Martin Corporate Engineering Modernization Initiative. Outside of Lockheed Mr. Luke taught Business Risk Management at Le Moyne College as an adjunct professor.

Mr. Luke is a graduate of Lockheed Martin’s Executive Development program and Program Manager Development program. He serves on the RPI Industrial and Systems Engineering Industry Advisory Council, Cedarville University Engineering Department advisory board, and Le Moyne College Information Systems (IS) advisory board. He is a member of Leadership Greater Syracuse class of 2007 and former co-chair of the Syracuse City School District Project Lead The Way (PLTW) technology advisory board.

Mr. Luke holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Oswego State University and a master’s degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
