PhD Student John Nichols Awarded an ADAC-ARCTIC Fellowship

John Nichols

John Nichols has been awarded an ADAC-ARCTIC Fellowship. This program engages student interns with DHS Center of Excellence projects, providing technical and professional development during the school year and 10-week internships during the summer. The ADAC-ARCTIC Fellowship offers fellows research and development opportunities that are aimed specifically at the challenges faced by DHS missions up in the High North, such as maritime traffic and disaster management in the Arctic context. These awards support the development of enduring educational and research capabilities across the United States. Congratulations!
