The Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE) Department was proud to participate in the RPI Fall Open House on Sunday, October 4, 2026. The event brought hundreds of prospective students and their families to campus to explore academic programs and experience life at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Throughout the day, ISE faculty, undergraduate students, and graduate students engaged directly with visitors. They answered questions about the curriculum, discussed innovative research opportunities, and shared personal stories about what makes the RPI engineering community unique.
The department thoroughly enjoyed welcoming these talented incoming students and their families, showcasing how industrial and systems engineers design, optimize, and improve the complex systems that shape our world.
