During the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Family Weekend Saturday, October 19th, 2024.  The Founders Award of Excellence was distributed to the recognized and awarded students. Founders Award of Excellence was established in 1994 to honor students who embody the qualities of creativity, discovery, and leadership, and the values of pride and responsibility

We would like to Congratulate our winners for the Founders Award of Excellence! These students demonstrated a strong academic performance. They have shown pride, responsibility, and outstanding leadership skills during their education career at Rensselaer. The students have also demonstrated good judgement and a well-rounded regard for the opinions of others. They have originality and imagination, that is evidenced by the potential to solve problems and promote new ideas and theories in their field of study.
