Alex Ngan from ZOLL Medical and an RPI Alum, recently was a guest speaker at Dr. Nima Ahmadi’s course, Human Performance Modeling and Support. The title of Alex’s talk was Leveraging Human Factors in Healthcare. Students enjoyed learning about how ZOLL Medical Acute Care Technology Division is developing medical devices such as ventilators, defibrillators, patient monitors, and AEDs.
